Lack of Ownership

Players have no true ownership over games and purchased Assets (e.g. loot and DLC content). For example, while a player can purchase a loot box in Overwatch and acquire a new avatar skin, emote, audio cue or player icon, those things can never be sold, traded or even gifted away. The purchases become sunk costs the minute a player shifts focus to a new game or when the games they love have expired.
